The Healer’s Circle:

An Experiential Therapy Group for Therapists

A 10-week Closed Group for Licensed and Pre-Licensed Mental Health Professionals.

As a mental health professional, you spend your days supporting others—helping them heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges.

But what about your own journey?

It’s not easy to be in therapy when you are a therapist yourself.

A part of you is always thinking, analyzing, applying theoretical approaches, and assessing interventions.

You need a Space that would allow you to get out of your head and just see who you really are.

Take the opportunity to join this experiential group for therapists.

Allow yourself to discover and face the important aspects of yourself in a supportive and playful environment.

Who is this group for?

  • Licensed professionals: therapists, counselors, psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists

  • Pre-licensed professionals: students and residents in mental health, social work, counseling, or creative arts therapy programs

  • Creative arts therapists (art, music, dance/movement)

  • Life coaches and other healing professionals (after assessment for fit)

Purpose of this group

Provide a safe space for group members to work through their own life problems and stuck points that sometimes manifest during client sessions.

  • Provide an opportunity for professionals in the mental care field to gain personal experience in the role of a client, even if they don’t have a diagnosable mental health struggle.

  • Provide a stage to concretize or give dimension and space to the intrapsychic process.

  • Increase peace and balance in your personal and professional life

  • Greater self-awareness and emotional resilience

  • Increase compassion for self and others

  • Reintegrate traumatic or unresolved experiences

  • More confidence in your clinical presence

  • Renewed sense of belonging and community

  • A deeper connection to your purpose, authenticity, and spontaneity

Benefits of Attending the Group:

Therapeutic Approach

🧠 Internal Family Systems

Make peace with your parts.
A gentle approach that helps you understand the protective and vulnerable parts of yourself, deepening self-awareness and compassion.

🎨 Creative art techniques

When words aren’t enough.
We’ll use simple art, metaphors, and imagery to access emotion and insight — no artistic skill required, just curiosity.

🌀 Psychodrama

Experience, express, and transform.
This active method helps externalize inner struggles using roleplay and movement, offering powerful insight and emotional release.

🪞 Transactional Analysis

Understand your inner voices.
Explore your inner “Parent,” “Adult,” and “Child” modes to untangle relational dynamics and gain emotional clarity.

About Your Facilitator

As someone who began my psychology education in Europe, I engaged in thousands of hours of personal therapy and group work. The opportunity to lean on my peers and face my internal reality changed my life both professionally and personally. I have found that in the U.S., this kind of personal development is often undervalued or inaccessible.

I created The Healer’s Circle to offer that transformative space - to support you, the people who give so much to others.

The Healer’s Circle offers a dedicated space for therapists, counselors, and other healing professionals to explore their own emotional life, process unresolved issues, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

In this experiential group, we create a community of support where you can heal, grow, and find the balance and resilience you need to continue your important work.
